    hi,

    I’m currently using free zen cart template from template monster. I am having difficulties in changing the website background.
    I have searched all the css files in the template and tried to replace some ‘possibilities’ background color with no success.

    Please kindly advise on where to look for and how. I’m still learning css

    Hi Dion, are you wanting to change the red/green background color? That is an image file. You will need to either remove it in the CSS file, or create a new one using your desired colors. Please let m know if you need any help :)

    Seriously, Template Monster has yet to design a template that does NOT hack ZenCart code.. I have never figured out for the lIFE of me why they refuse to design templates that follow the standards in place for ZenCart templates.. There is NOTHING Template Monster offers that someone who takes the time to follow the right steps couldn’t do with ZenCart without some of the scary hacks Template Monster regularly builds into it’s templates..

    Thanks for the comments, I have heard this about them before. It’s too bad because they really offer nice looking templates.
