Hi Adrian, try removing the following from the tpl_header.php file (located under /includes/templates/template_default/common)

Remove this line:

You can find this line RIGHT BEFORE:

Let me know if that does/or does not work.

You could try using Easy Populate:
http://www.zencartbuilder.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_6&products_id=1

I have not used it myself but others swear by it.

Hope that helps :)

Hi Carlos! Once the install is complete on GoDaddy's side, you should be able to access the admin area from http://yoursite.com/admin/login.php

This is assuming you installed ZenCart in the root folder. If not, it would be something like http://yoursite.com/YOURFOLDER/admin/login.php

Hope that helps :)

Gerae,

Thanks for the info, very helpful!

I am building a yarn site, and I have found that I am adding many attribute values (as many as 40 colors per ball of yarn). Is there a way to insert multiple values at one time in the "adding new attributes" screen (instead of 1 at a time).

Thank you,

Andy

Hi again, here's a link to the site i downloaded the template from:
http://www.zenflavor.com/free-zen-cart-template-1.html

His first instruction makes me think that i only have to copy the 2 folders across and not the subfolders...

   1. Extract to appropriate locations (there are two ‘freetemplate1? folders)
      \includes\modules\freetemplate1
      \includes\templates\freetemplate1
   2. Login to your Zen Cart admin to enable the template:
Admin > Tools > Template Selection > Click ‘Edit’ button
   3. Reset the side boxes:
Admin > Tools > Layout Boxes Controller > Click ‘Reset’ button
   4. IMPORTANT: Set the top menu separator to blank (as this template uses its own graphical menu separator).
Admin > Configuration > EZ-Pages Header Link Separator > “blank”
   5. Set the column width:
Admin > Layout Settings > Column Width - Left Boxes (set to 210 pixels or whatever you like)
Admin > Layout Settings > Column Width - Right Boxes (set to 200 pixels or whatever you like)
