Support (both online through their Help Desk and over the telephone) has always been very friendly and quick to answer my questions. They also offer live chat, which I have used successfully dozens of times – day and night. I’ve used many a web host and very few have provided such great service.

If you need of a dedicated IP address,  HostGator provides one with the Business plan ($14.95 per month) for free or you can add one to the Baby plan for $2.00 per month.

They do provide discounts for paying ahead, but even at the regular monthly rate, HostGator is a steal!
